This solution has a small outdoor space furnished with sofa and armchairs overlooking the garden and it is particularly suitable for young couples, families or small groups of friends – who - even on a budget - do not wish to give up the comfort of this intimate and soundproofed accomodation.

Access to the room is via a spiral staircase that leads to the basement.
